Hi all. I’m new to the forum. My family and I are going to Disney world this weekend for 2 days. We have been before but can’t find our magic bands.

We have the email confirmation of our tickets with a barcode. What do we do to get cards? Or how does that work? Thanks

Stop at any ticket booth or guest relations with the email confirmation and a photo ID. They will issue RFID enabled passes that can be used for park entry and Fastpasses. They can even add them to your My Disney Experience account for you so that you can make same day FastPasses using the phone app.

There is a guest relations outside of the parks, as well a Disney Springs. They will be able to help you.
