Tickets??

Hi everyone,
I'm pretty new to this, going to Disney on July 5th and I've booked with First Choice, I've received my booklet through the post with my airline tickets and I know when we get to to the Disney POR hotel at check-in we will get all the stuff we need for disney on their card but I also booked Universal Flexi-Plus tickets with First Choice, do we get these when we meet our First Choice rep at the airport?? Just wondering about the process as I didn't want to get to Florida and have them tell me I should have got those tickets through the post or something!!! Any info would be great thanks

Haven't use First Choice but have you not got vouchers for exchanging for your flex tickets?

We have always had vouchers for all the tickets in the past when we booked packages.

Not sure about First Choice but, when we went with Airtours, we got a voucher when we arrived fromt he Airtours rep which we then exchanged at guest services at Universal outside the parks.

Can't help with First Choice but make sure you know before you go. I once picked up a car expecting to just give a confirmation number, I should have had a voucher, cost me approx £50 in phone calls to travel agent and a lot of hassle. They arranged to fax the voucher thru to us at AllStars Movies but it never came. Ended up taking the car back expecting a $600 bill but they had already had the voucher faxed direct, why didn't they tell me and save a lot of worry and expense?

Thanks everyone, I think I'm going to phone First Choice to see if I was meant to have a voucher with my pack or whether the voucher is with the rep in Orlando, at least that will put my mind at ease

We are booked with First Choice. We got vouchers from first choice for our park tickets when we went in to collect our flight tickets. So I would definitely phone them to enquire about that.

Thanks for the reply, I talked to first choice and they said I wouldn't receieve anything through the post and that the tickets would be with the rep at the hotel. So at least that stops me fretting!! although I don't really understand why other first choice customers have received vouchers through the post, oh well who knows!
