BLT on the 13th. 2 of us have AP's but I will ned to get 3 4-day hoppers. Can I call tomorrow and go ahead and pay for them? Will I call DVC or guest services?

I would use Undercovertourist.com and go ahead and get your tickets. they can be sent to your home and once you arrive at the resort have them put onto your room key. This way you will have everything in your hands before you leave without having to retrieve anything once you get there. UCT will have your tickets to you in 2 days.

DVC doesn't sell Magic Your Way tickets and there is no member discount on them. You can purchase them at the resort, disney.com, AAA or any other authorized ticket seller.

DVC Point stays don't require a ticket purchase as a requirement for the dining plan. You would need to call MS at least 2 days prior to your arrival date to add the dining plan to the reservation. The dining plan is paid for at check-in.
