They don't.

Did they ever?

I suppose I SHOULD say...

They sell tix for arrival "after 2:00pm", but they are the same tix that allow you to enter "after 8:00am" or after "7:00pm".
Meaning you can buy a ticket and enter any time the park is open.

But, of course, I assumed you meant, "Does Disney sell individual tickets at a reduced price that allow guests to ONLY enter AFTER 2:00pm?"

The "afternoon entry tickets" are sometimes arranged for sale to groups attending a convention at WDW.
These are only available, by special advance conditions, to the officers setting up the convention arrangements with WDW.

I believe there's an Epcot "after four" pass for Florida residents, but that's all I know of.

Are you thinking of Universal? They used to do something like this.

I think we did get the tickets while there for a meeting. I just know it wasn't for the whole day.
