I have three days of unused tickets my parents gave me to use, but we will be staying at Disney for 4 days of fun!!

My question is: when I purchase tickets for our group of 7, can i get a 5 day park hopper ticket and use this ticket to add to my already three unused ones? Knowing that the 5 day hopper will have one day unused on it.

Meaning,,, can one of our tickets be used twice in one day? I know it would be cheaper to add a day to a 4 day hopper at the time I purchase it, instead of just purchasing a one day pass.

Any help or advice?

I'm not sure I'm following, but do you mean can one hopper pass be used to get two people in? If so the answer is no, each person has to have their own ticket.

I guess you would need to buy 6 - 4day hoppers and either buy a one day/ one park ticket (no one day hoppers available) or buy a 3 day hopper for the person holding the old one, if you must hop that one day. And yes, that ticket would have 2 days left on it. Personally, I'd probably just buy a one day ticket for that day. Hope you can follow all that! :D

If you have 7 people entering the park, then you will need 7 passes. Like laurabelle said, each person will need their own pass.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds like you're thinking about going to the parks for a single day. Your plan is to buy a 5-day Park Hopper pass, use 4 of those days for 4 people and save one day for another time. You then intend to use the 3 days that your parents gave to you. That won't work.

You will need to buy at least 4 single-day tickets. I say at least 4 because it depends on how many passes you already have...not how many days are on those passes.

In other words, if those 3 unused days of admission are all on one pass, only one person can use that pass to get into the parks. The remaining 6 members of your group will need to purchase their own passes.

laurabelle is right. A ticket cannot be used 2 times in one day. The scanners at WDW "know" if a ticket has been used already that day, and will not permit it...

You also cannot "add" a day (or days) to any hoppers. All that can happen is that the $ value of the remaining days (based on the original purchase price) on a hopper be credited towards the purchase of a new hopper.

I hope that I am understanding your questions correctly...

I am sorry my question is so confusing,, but I did find my answer.. To clarify..
We have 7 people going. I have purchased 5 Four day tickets
and 1 Five day ticket,
along with my three left overs from my parents. I was hoping to even things out with the extra day on the 5 day ticket. But I cannot..So,,, somewhere along the line I will need one more One day ticket.

Since I am not exactly sure the old tickets have three days left,, I think I will just wait to see, and probably buy another 1-2 days when we get there. Just a bummer I cannot get a Hopper pass for one day. Will have to plan the park strategy a little more closely.
