*picking myself up off of the floor* I HOPE, hope hope that's the rest of our pirate costume! I hope they really are bringing it to us soon, I'm so excited!

When the loading screen opened up and I saw all the characters I couldn't believe it! I saw the Pirate costume sneeking behind the end..and said Oh wow..maybe...maybe just maybe does this mean we will get the new Pirate costumes? I have been waiting and waiting for them to bring them out! So please vmk ..please release Pirate costumes!! Yes...so excited but alsohope we aren't disappointed either!

I have so many questions!!!
First of all, ticketing...I'm so confused by this. Are we supposed to buy tickets to our own room? Seems odd... shouldn't I get them for free? I mean, it is my room....

Yeah I don't really get that either. When they first promo'd it I thought that the other people would buy them before entering but I'm not sure it works that way now. I have to pay for them myself? Can anyone elxplain this?

Club33... okay, this one REALLY has me... what does Yavn mean by "renting" to deserving players? ... "Invitation only" doesn't sound very friendly.

I was so jazzed when I first heard about the C33 room and saw a picture this morning, but equally bummed when I heard it was reserverd for Hosts, or as the Newsletter says, specially stuff. Bah. I want my own C33 room. It look awesome! And it's fantastic to see Walt.

Now... MARDI GRAS! There are bead necklaces strewn in the NO Square, and Mardi Gras hats/masks pictured in the gallery...

I just found out you can say Mardi Gras in VMK now. I and really really want the Jester hat or MG mask pictured in the gallery. Sweet! Especially if they have matching costumes (though probably won't knowing VMK).

I wonder since they moved Mansion to NO, why not Pirates. Can't have Blue Buyou without Pirate boats going by.... Heh.

Mardi Gras really can be a family friendly celebration......

Makes me want to go look up more about it. Maybe if I feel like learning later. Heh. But seriously VM, thanks for the lesson. Anything else I should know? For starters, what's Kings Cake?

I have never seen 1000 credits for anything, and I would kill for 400 credits a game. Some people just don't know how lucky they have it.

Yeah, and it appears we won't be seeing it anymore either. So I guess it's how lucky we had it, eh? And I don't mean to start a flame war, but let me vent here and say it wasn't luck. I worked really really hard to get that good at Fireworks. Believe me it's a lot of skill and a lot of patience to sit through game after boring game after mind-numbingly boring game for 14 minutes at a time to get that 675 or 1300 credits. It takes skill to be good and will to stay focused and keep playing. At least for me. Now I have to force myself to play for a quarter the credits. Ah well. [/RANT] Sorry. Thanks for listening.

Well actually, Disneyland sells a non-alcoholic mint julep in New Orleans Square, which isn't so much a mint julep as it is a delicious minty flavored lemonade. Very tasty.

OMG! I so love the Mint Juleps at DLR! I only discovered them a couple years ago and I find them terribly yummy and refreshing. Awesome on a hot day! I especially enjoy getting them in the Blue Bayou (free refills!). I've never had the "fire water" version, but I don't care for the taste of alcohol so I probably wouldn't like it.

I tried a real Mint Julep at Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen in Downtown Disney once. Maybe I'm just unsophisticated, but I much prefer a minty lemonade!

Have you had one? They are awesome, non-alcholic minty lemony beverages that you can get over in New Orleans Square! (At least at DLR!! The Ky Derby, another story...)

Now I want one.....bummer.

They sound delicious! The only kind I was familiar with (though I haven't had them either) are the Kentucky Derby kind. Hmm.. looks like I need to head back to DLR and get me one of those now!

Ohhhhhhhhh YEAAaaaa Bayyyyy be! We went to see the 2nd one at the midnight showing and NO doubt will do the same for the third!

We went to see it at midnight too! It was such a good idea. We are getting those 12:01AM tickets the second they come out for the third movie!

The Mint Juleps are really cool! Although my favorite drink is Pepsi..the Mint Julep are really refreshing on a very hot day at DLR! My son is the one who first introduced us to them on a very hot day there!

I would like to say that that I LOVE all the fantastic new stuff here on vmk....awesome! But I must admit that i do feel bad for the people who worked REALLY hard to get those high scores... my son and friends I know have for hours getting to that point..and a first look is my husband who couldn't do anything on there and we had to have our son do the games for us to get the quest things. But after all summer he finally has gotten pretty good up there too. So I just wanted to say I hear their crys

Club 33... I was able to get in and see the room and let me say it is so FANTASTIC!!! Just AWESOME! LOVE IT LOVE IT! And got so excited to see this room as it is co cool and it's RED my favorite color! Then am sooooooooooooooo BUMMED bc we now know that it isn't for us...it's for stafff only! So tell me why is it that staff gets cool colorful stuff? Like Red Ears Blues Ears? Cool funiture? This room even has a pic of Walt in there! So cool! Oh well...thats life ...But I do like all the new stuff vmk!
