Tickets obtained through Aeroplan or Air Miles

Does anyone know if tickets obtained on points through Aeroplan or Air Miles, so that have to be picked-up locally, can be associated with a MDE account for FP+? Also, at the 60 days window for those staying onsite, is finding time slots for the 7DMT as much of an issue as A&E? Thanks for the input!

We got Air Miles tickets. They were mailed to us directly and we applied them to our MDE.

Not sure what they "picked-up locally" part means with Aeroplan or Air Miles. They are just mailed to your house.
