Tickets not showing in MDE

my mom and stepdad decided to go to Disney same time as my family. We are linked and I have always seen all our info.

Today, under Tickets and Passes, I am only seeing 2 adult 5 day base tickets. Those are my mom and stepdads. I don't see my family's 7 day tickets listed. Should I be concerned? I called and applied a discount 2 days ago.....so could they somehow have been deleted?

I'm having a panic attack.... should I call them? Or wait and see if they pop back up...?

Did you login to your account or to your Mother's account? If you logged in through hers, you'll only see her tickets because she's the Manager of her account.

If you logged in through your own account, do you have a package booked? That may be why you're not seeing the tickets.

Check the website and the app before you decide to call and ask Disney.

I first saw it when I was logged into her account, however then I logged out and logged into my account. They didn't show there either.

When I looked a few days ago I saw 7 day tickets for myself, husband and daughters, then also saw 5 day tickets for my mom and stepdad. Now only theirs show up....

So in that case....sounds like maybe I should call. Yikes.
