Tickets Messed Up

I purchased 4-Day Magic Tickets online directly with Disney. Assigned each ticket successfully. Email confirmation showed correctly.

Went into website and only 2 tickets were showing; same in the app.

Called Disney and they got all 4 tickets to show and were assigned correctly to each person.

A few minutes later checked again and one of the tickets has been reassigned from my daughter to me.

Ugh. I reassigned to my daughter, anyone have this issue and did your tickets finally "stick"?
