Tickets from CAA

Just purchased Universal tickets from CAA for my husband, myself, two sons 17 & 15 and daughter 12. On the front of them it requires guest name and signature plus photo ID required. My kids don't have any photo ID just their passports. Has anyone purchased these before and if so what did you do? Any info would be great help.

We got ours from Airmiles last time.

We had to sign them, but we never showed photo ID.
