Sorry DVC members do not get discounts on AP. You can purchase AP's at any Disney store, inc. the one at the airport in orlando. They can be activated at any park, DD, and I think the Ocala Information Center. There has been some confusion lately with the AP/DVC because there was a poll don asking what members would like a discount on, and AP won hands down...then it seemed to just keep building.

But the good news is that as a DVC person you can get a discount on UHP at the resorts...
Hope this help you...I would still buy the AP if you plan on going either for more than 8 days or 2 or more trips in a years time. There are also disounts at various places for AP holders that are not the same as DVC discounts.
