Tickets for one day both parks

Hey everyone.
I haven't been on here in years. So I apologize if this question was asked a million times before and I missed the answer. But where is the best place to get tickets for Universal Orlando for both parks for one day? We live in Canada so I am not sure if there is any place that has a discount. We are hoping to go in October but need to check out budget. If you have any suggestions or tips it will be greatly appreciated.
