The main advantage of buying now is that you can avoid any price increase that is likely to occur between now and next June.

Add to that at the moment WDW has a special offer -- get a $100 gift card when you buy an Incredi-pass. While this offer does not specify an end-date, I do not expect it to still be around next summer.
Thank you! Do you get the gift card for the Sorcerers (DVC) pass?

Good morning all! I am contemplating upgrading to Incredipass on our December trip to squeeze in 2 more trips in that 12 mths. The reason I don't want to upgrade now is because I do not want to deal with park reservations for our Dec Trip, I'd rather just wait until last day of our trip and then upgrade. I bought my tickets on Undercover Tourist. How does this process work these days? I referred back to sticky on AP but it seemed outdated.

The basics haven’t changed from the first post. You will receive credit in the amount of whatever WDW charged for the same ticket at the time you bought from UT. Be sure to upgrade before park close on the day you use the last entry.

Okay thanks! Is it best to go to Guest Relations or call in on my last day?

If you know you're going to upgrade it, I would not wait until the last day. Your AP will be backdated to the first day you used your ticket so nothing gained (but stress) in waiting for the last day to upgrade.

Just my .02.
The downside is the fact that they force AP holders to make park reservations so I really don't want to have to do that since its NYE week.

Hi all - I did a search & I think I know the answer - although it's not the one I want to hear! - So it's been a couple of years since I've visited & I have the opportunity to visit twice in Jan/Feb of this year. Trip 1 is a tag on to a work conference Jan 29-Feb 2 and trip 2 is girls trip for my 60th birthday Feb 12-18. Staying onsite for trip 1 & offsite for trip 2. Non Florida resident. I "think" my only choices are to purchase 2 seperate base tickets (don't really park hop much anymore) 1 for 4 day and 1 5 day, for about $1420 (thru undercover tourist) OR purchase an annual pass for $1755 (with adding photopass downloads) & getting that dining/merch discount. If the annual pass was a monthly thing it would be a no-brainer but that's a big chunk of $ at one time. Do you see any other options that might work? I'm just outside of that 10 day ticket window so that doesn't work. I'm also going to DL for work in October so how I WISH there was a coast to coast annual!
For those with Chase Disney Premier Card... I was offered opportunity to pay for AP Over 6/9/or 12 months. NO APR% & NO FEE.
It is a new card for me (also have regular card). But I triple verified. No interest of fee. I'm doing 6 mos but was told it would apply to all 3 options.
Otherwise, I might have skipped AP...I agree it's a silly missed opportunity for Disney to only offer it for FLA residents.

That might be an introductory offer of Chase “pay over time” which is usually free the first time you do it. WDW tickets generally do not qualify for the Disney Visa 0% finance unless included in a package.

Can the 3 day 3 park ticket be upgraded? It doesn’t include MK and I’m trying to figure out the best way to get into magic as well. Thanks

It can be upgraded to a regular 4-day but that would be at regular price. To go to MK you could buy a separate 1-day MK ticket or a party ticket. You’ll have to crunch the numbers to see if that saves any.
