I've heard many things about the tickets with transfer through dreams unlimited and such...

Has anyone used them? Any advice? Are the rumors about early entry true?

I purchased passes from Maple leaf Tickets with no problems. Many use Undercover Tourist.

There are single park tickets, multipark tickets, and tickets which are good for US, IOA, SW, Wet and Wild, and Aquatica.

Early Entry is for Islands of Adventure and really only the Harry Potter part of the park. You get it by staying onsite, or by booking a package thru Universal at one of their partner hotels. If staying onsite you also get express pass which allows you to skip the lines.

I have ordered tickets thru dreams unlimited but not with transfers and had no problem getting the tickets or using them :thumbsup2

I would also like to know if the tickets I got thru Dreams Unlimited with the Mears transportation from Disney allows early access...

I'm trying to finalize my plans! I sure do hope we can get in early since I only planned 1 day at Universal and it has been years since I have been.

I sent an email to Dreams Unlimted to see if they can confirm this or not or if it was just a fluke for some people.

Please report what you find out as many people swear up and down they received early access with these tickets.

Will do! Hopefully it won't take to long to get a reply. I have only seen 2 people post where they got in early...but I just started looking into this like yesterday. One of the people that posted that got in early said it had something on her tickets saying she would have early access?

If I don't get a definite answer between now and my trip I will definitely come back and post if I was able to get in early or not. I'm not going to count on it but I still plan on getting the shuttle around 7-7:30am.

did dreams unlimited ever reply to your email?

Nope no response and I don't think it is likely I'll have one before we leave on Saturday...

We plan on going to Universal on the 16th...if I think about it I will try and post that evening once we get back to the resort as to whether we got in early or not. I'll also post if I hear anything between now and when we leave.

Thanks in advance if you get the chance!
We leave sunday and are also planning for Tuesday!!

What kind of transfer is it? a shuttle bus, a cab? I want to make rope drop and then leave by 5:00. Will I have that flexibility, or are there only set times? Thanks.

Sorry, I thought I had posted on this thread...I didn't realize I was posting on 3 different threads in regards to this and I had responded to the other 2 threads last Monday the 16ths from Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. We were indeed let in at 8 am with resort guests. It was great! We were able to ride all 3 Harry Potter rides with no wait...the only wait we had was getting into Olivander's wand shop and that only took maybe 5-10 minutes to get in. Of course when 9am rolled around it started to get crazy in the Harry Potter area. I'm so glad we took our chances and got to the park super early for rope drope with resort guests.

so universal sent you an email to confirm you could have early entry with the d.u. transport?

how long did it take for universal to respond to you?
i ask because i have sent in an email but have not heard back yet.

I sent an email to Dreams Unlimited about a month ago but never got a response as to whether the rumors of early entry were true or not. My husband and I just took our chances and arrived early and picked up our tickets from the electronic will call window near the entrance of Islands of Adventure. When I got the tickets I looked at the back and didn't see anything that indicated early entry but my husband was curious as to what UPRV stood for on our tickets so he asked one of the employees letting resort guests in to stand in line for the early opening what that stood for and he indicated we got early entry.

We had a pick up time choice of 6:45 am or 7:45...we chose the 6:45 in hopes that we got in at 8...thankgoodness that we got in early or it would have been really boring sitting around waiting for the regular opening time at 9. We only had to pick up one other person at another resort so we were at Universal by 7:15ish.

Did they ask you to show a room key?

Nope they didn't ask to see a room key and we heard them ask other people. I think because are tickets indicated UPRV...which my husband asked what that stood for and they said Universal Park Resort Vacation ...must be something special connected with Dreams Unlimted Tickets I would guess since Dreams Unlimited is a Travel agency...
