Ticket Upgrade Question

Hope I put this in the right place, but I have a question. My brother bought the Fl rest. 4 day tickets. He has not went yet so they are not activated. He will be there next weekend. While he is there can he upgrade them to passes? Thank-you for your time!

2. New. OK.
3. He can do any kind of upgrade he likes,
including to Annual Passes.
The cost will be he difference in price between then two kinds of tickets.

Thank-you, that is what I thought, but when he called the CM they said that he had to do it 10 days before he got there??

The "Phone CM's" are infamous for giving out spectacularly wrong information.

Yes, I mean to say that they simply are the WORST source of accurate information.

Thanks Robo, I can always count on getting info on here! I knew I had upgraded before when I got there to activate, but just wanted to make sure for him that nothing had changed! 1 more week and we'll all be down there, woo-hoo!
