Ticket upgrade question

Hi! We are going to Disneyland June 22nd, we have been buying our tickets through the Disney Store, 4 day park hoppers. We had planned on upgrading to annual passes after we got there, dh is now having second thoughts - my question is, if we want to upgrade to a 5 day pass do we upgrade at the gate price or the prepurchase price?

I'm about 99% sure you will pay the difference between the 4 day and 5 day ticket ($10 per person /per day). The original price should not play into it. The only time original price matters is if you are upgrading to an ap.

Thanks, that makes me feel better, I should have bought the 5 day to begin with, but I thought I'd spread out the $$ a little bit!
