Ticket Services #?

I need to call ticket services and find out what happened to my AP voucher. I ordered it online almost a month ago, but haven't seen it yet. Anyone know the number to call? I called them before (when I ordered the AP I called to get the voucher code) but I seem to have lost the number.

Hi Mamiamjo,

When I had to call ticketing about my AP I called general information at 407-824-4321. When you are in the automated system, they will steer you to ticketing. Just be persistant and keep following the prompts and you will eventually get there. The ticket office is only open short hours during the day.

I didn't keep the # or I would give it to you. If I find it, I will PM you with it.

I was finally able to call ticket services.
It seems that they sent the AP Voucher to my old address.
I really do not understand how that happened. I purchased the AP online and charged it to my credit card and added mailing address information same as billing. So how did it get sent to the wrong address? Disney may have had the old address on file somewhere, but I filled in the online information for my correct mailing address.

Anyway, they are cancelling that AP voucher and re-sending me another one.
Let's see how long this one takes and where it gets sent to (lol)
