Ticket Questions

I bought 4 universal/islands/wetnwild combo tickets back in 2008. I have 2 questions.
1. I am supposed to pick them up electronically but the credit card I used back then has changed and is no longer valid. How do I go about picking up my tickets now?
2. Do they become active when I get them or when I actually go into the park?

Just go to guest services with your ID and they will issue the tickets for you. They will become active upon first use.
