Ticket question

My DW and I had AP's in 2015 and booked a package in October 2015 with 2-day PH to take advantage of Free Dining. I had both tickets removed from our bands at Guest services at MK on the first day and put on 2 separate cards. I called today just to verify it does not expire and they could not find one of the tickets when they tried to look up the number. Anyone else ever had an issue with this? and if so how did you get it fixed. Thanks in advance.
 
Do you have the physical tickets?
They should not expire until they are used and the allotted 14 days have gone by.

Have you tried to enter the tickets into MDE? I have had tickets that were "pulled" off of the room key from pre-MB days. I had no problem adding them to MDE.
