I have a six day park hopper with no expiration that I purchased several years ago with disney rewards. Looking to go next fall and was wondering if it would be able to have the magic band applied to it or would we just use the paper ticket?

Nothing is "on" a Magic Band - it's just a key to access what's in your MDE (My Disney Experience) account. When you book your stay, you'll be able to add the ticket to your MDE account, and you will then be able to access the ticket with the Magic Band.
