Ticket question

I read the above ticket board and just wanted to see if I have this clear. I am going to a convention in June at Coronado Springs.

The discounted prices are good but I would like to upgrade to annual has anyone been able to do that or is it a no bridge with that ticket?

My son is going to Disney in December can I buy him the discounted convention ticket or do they have an expiration date on them?

Any one else going to the AWHONN convention? Would like to meet up with other Disney fans.

Convention tickets are not able to be upgraded.

Convention tickets must be first used no more than 7 days after the end of the meeting. From the T&C:

"Ticket expires 14 days after first use. Date of first use must be within 7 days after the end of the applicable meeting or convention and, in any event, no later than December 31, 2014. Ticket will expire if not first used by the required date."
