Ticket question

I had bought 5 day no expiration tickets back in 2005 and have never used them does anyone know since all the new rides and upgrades if these tickets would still be valid or if there would be an upcharge on these tickets to the current prices or if they will not accept these tickets at all. Sorry for all the questions but planning a trip this year and would like to have some kind of information or advice as to how to finally use these tickets.Any information will be greatly appreciated!

Depending on how many day's you're going to use, it may be more worthwhile holding on to those tickets and using new tickets for this trip. Using new ticket's if it a long Universal Vacation and those tickets if it's just a day or 2. I've got a 2 day no expiration ticket left that I'm going to save for single day trips. For my next trip I bought a new 4 day park to park ticket.

This an important consideration. Multi-day tickets almost always have to be used within 14 consecutive days or they expire. Some tickets, like the Costco 3 day tickets, can be used as you wish within a longer time frame.
