We just got back Saturday from WDW.

On our room key was suppose to be for our room, our dining plan credits and our 1 day MYW ticket.

We didn't need to use the 1 day MYW ticket, we had our Fl. PAP's we were still using.

So my quesion is....the 1 day MYW ticket should still be on the room key, right? When we are ready to go, we just put it into the turnstile?

My son has his, and has a chance to go for 1 day this weekend, he should be able to use it, right?

I tried calling the # on the front of the room key, but couldn't hear the CM. I hate to keep calling if there is a direct number I can call.

Anyone know what number I can call and WDW let me know if it's still on there. I probably won't be going this trip and I would hate for him to get to the gate and they say tough luck. Plus, that will tee off my sister, since that's who he is going with.

Thanks

I don't know if either of these will be of any help, but I guess it can't hurt to try.

Thanks!

I got my answer this morning. It was like pulling teeth, the CM wasn't too friendly and tried to keep telling me they expire after so many days after 1st use. I wasn't about to go around and around with her. There's only 1 day on there so it should still be good.

I just wanted to verify he had the ticket on there, that we hadn't messed up anywhere along the way while up there. Especially since I'm not going with him, my sister may not know who to talk to etc.

The ticket is still good. Not that it may matter, but with his ticket, I put who I talked to, the date and time. So my sister has a little info to argue with.

This is very interesting. We just returned last Sunday from WDW. My sister, mother and nephew had 3 days left on their MYW ticket and we were told several times that they expire 14 days after the first day of use. We were bummed considering it was 3 whole days! No matter who we asked, we got the same answer.

My husband and I have AP's so we are not in the same situation. I still tried to see if I could get a different answer for my family.....no luck....... :confused3

They do expire 14 days after first use unless you buy the no expiration option. However, a 1 day is only good the day you use it, so there would not be an expiration.

The difference is they were used so the 14 days starts to countdown at first day of use.

When you get the 1 day just to do the package You never start that 14 day countdown.

The only way to extend a ticket that has been used past the 14 days is to add the no-expire.

Yeah, ours aren't suppose to expire, because we only bought 1 day's worth. So when he uses it tomrorow, that will be it for his ticket.

I just was nervous, because I won't be there to handle the situation if the ticket didn't go through at the turnstile. I knew we had only used them for dining and getting in the room, but I am too much of a worry wart.

Here's to hoping it goes smooth, since they just left less than 30 minutes ago. I guess worse case scenario, they buy him a new ticket and I pay them back. Then I can straighten it out with Disney when they return.
