Does Disney raise the MYW ticket prices each year? If so, will new ticket prices go into effect on Jan. 1, 2006?

I'm wondering how early we should buy our MYW tickets for our trip next spring...we know we're going and I rather pay "today's" prices rather than a price increase if they raise them each year.

What do you think?

Thanks for any help!! :flower: :flower: :flower:

i don't see the prices ever coming down (although they could stay the same) so today's prices won't be any worse than future tickets... and it spreads out the expense which makes a trip a bit more affordable...

I've been told you can almost bank on it that the price of tickets will increase every year. We will be buying our park tickets in August for our trip next July. Never hurts to save a little money, and like the PP said, it spreads out the expense a little bit.

Let me put it this way. WDW's MK opened in October 1971. In the 33 1/2 years since, Disney has not missed a single year in raising all or most of its ticket prices. The question isn't if prices go up each year, it's when.

The majority of their tickets historically went up in
January 05
March 04
June 03
September 02
January 01

So you can see that there's no real pattern to it.
