Bear with me...I have a million questions.

We are planning on visiting Disneyland in June 2022. We will be there 6 days. Normally we would have a "break" day. But this time we want to have tickets for all 6 days so we can go at a leisurely pace and take many breaks.

We have already purchased 5-day hoppers with Getaway Today. I haven't linked them in the app yet though. I am still trying to wrap my head around all these ticket/reservation changes since our last trip in 2018.

So we will need to purchase 1-day park hoppers (2 adults, 1 child.) Should I just do that via the Disneyland site now and also link those in the app? Will it be a problem to have the 5-day hoppers and the 1-day hopper on the same account. (Also, do I like my ticket, my husbands, and my son's to my account?)

I can't reserve days yet since June isn't released. So would it make more sense to wait and purchase the 1-day hoppers when I can actually reserve days?

Should I link our 5-day hoppers now or should I wait?

I don't think it makes any difference if you link your tickets now vs. later. If you are going to be the one making all the reservations then yes, you should link all the tickets to your account.

It should not be a problem to have both the 5 day and 1 day tickets in there, you'll just have to make sure you're pulling up the "right" one to scan into the park. For that reason I might use your 1 day tickets the first day then they will be done and out of the app for the rest of your trip.

Since you can only buy 1 day tickets directly from Disney and you can't currently purchase tickets directly from Disney for dates where the reservation calendar is not open, I think that pretty much answers when you buy those tickets. If you really want to purchase them now, you would have to pick a date that's available (and will be the same price tier as your June dates) and then keep moving that reservation out until June is available. That seems like a hassle though and I'd probably just wait until you can reserve the day you want.

Thanks. I didn't know you couldn't purchase 1-day until those dates were available. Good to know! I think I'll wait, for sure.

Another (probably dumb) question...
My husband doesn't have/use the Disneyland app. While in the parks...can he and I both be logged into my account on each of our phones at the same time?

And does anyone know when the new DAS system is supposed to come out?
