ticket glitch!

Just bought our tickets at a AAA store and they won't link. They only have a 10 digit number on them. Any advice?
 
Are the they plastic, if so scratch off the silver part to reveal the rest of the numbers. If not call MDE tech support and they will be able to link them :thumbsup2
