Ticket from 1985....

Yeah, you read that right, I have a 3-day park hopper from 1985 with 1 day left on it. The cost was $48.50 with no expiration!!!! I emailed Disney in 2013 before our last trip and asked if the ticket was still valid, no response. My brother said the ticket is still good, does anyone know if it is true? We are heading down to the parks in June and are meeting up with a friend who lives in Florida. Last time we didn't go to the parks because she didn't have a ticket, it worked out fine but I would like to go to the parks with her this time so I wanted to take the ticket with us just in case.

Although, because I had to email a picture of the ticket to Disney and it was right before we left, I now am not even sure where the ticket is . I know I would NEVER have tossed it out so it is in my house somewhere . Everyone say a little prayer that I can find it, thanks.

Tickets from 1985 (and earlier) are still valid.
I don't know if YOUR ticket is still valid, but if you know it has one more day on it, it can be used for a park admission.

I don't know how they do it now, but in 2003, DS used the last day on a ticket from 1987. And when we'd bought it, he was a child, but not so much (20 yo) in 2003, very obviously. Yet, when he got to the gate, they just said "Welcome!" and in he went.
