DISNEYLAND UPDATES TICKET INFORMATION:
Heads up: Disneyland posted an update for those with Single and Multi Day tickets that expire on December 30, 2021 or March 31, 2022:
“Unused non-promotional single day tickets that expire on December 30, 2021 or March 31, 2022 will have the expiration date extended to December 30, 2022. Wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day tickets that expire on January 12, 2022 or April 13, 2022 will have the expiration date extended to January 12, 2023, and the ticket will expire 13 days after first use or on January 12, 2023, whichever occurs first.”

Nice, but no love for those with the previous generation of tickets that expired 1/12/2021. It's still showing 12/16/2021 expiration for those.

C'mon Bob! :thumbsup2

That's good news! I bought multi-day park hoppers in January 2020. I don't currently have them loaded to my app because they were removed before, but I just pulled up the PDFs and the expiration date on them is December 16, 2021. Hopefully, those will update. We probably aren't going to use them this year.

My ticket expired January 12, 2021. I bought it in late 2019 for use in April 2020. I thought that the expectation had been extended, but now I can't remember. I feel like it was extended to the end of 2021. I am not a California resident, so I hope it's extended again to the end of 2022 so I can use it.

It's a 5-day Park Hopper with Max Pass. :sad1:

I bought up here in Canada the Canadian promotional tickets and they extended to Dec 16, 2021. There's no way we will be able to go before they expire (not even sure if we will be allowed lol) so really wish they would extend ours again!!!

Yours should be extended to 12/16/2021. I'm holding the same tickets and in the same boat. No worries there. I expect to be able to use them before expiration, although I don't expect to be able to use the Maxpass.

I was just thinking they should extend them further since the closure lasted this long. But it's tough to complain as I'm sure they would refund them if I asked. But I'm hanging onto those old prices. :thumbsup2

Agreed. I found the email from the original purchase. I paid $470, and I'm not sure I'll get there in 2021 since I have a long trip planned for WDW.

I bought mine in Feb 2020 and they had an original expiration of Jan 2021. Now they have Jan 13, 2022 which isn’t a date listed in their list!

Mine are still on the app though.

are you seeing your expiration date in the app? I have third party tickets that I entered in the app but can't find an expiration date anywhere. The original pdf obviously has one but it was 12/2020

No, I can’t see the expiration date in the app, but I can when I click on the link for my tickets in the original email Disney sent me when I purchased them. The last time they extended expiration dates it went from Dec 2020 to Jan 2022. But I just went and checked again and they’re back to Jan 2021. So now I don’t know what’s going on or when they really expire!

ETA: so I closed out and reopened and now they say Jan 12, 2022 again 🤣

We purchased 5 day hopper tickets in March of 2020 for our April 2020 trip which didn't happen due to the closure. We purchased from Last Minute Travel company and received a PDF from them which was directly from Disneyland for the tickets and our expiration is Jan 2021 and has never changed. They disappeared from my app and when I try to scan them into the app again, it says they've already been linked to my account but they aren't there! I called Disneyland today and the lady I spoke to said they will eventually have their expiration date extended and will be valid for our trip later this year. But she said she didnt really know when or if they will come back onto my app. She really didn't have any answers and said to call back if nothing changes eventually.... Just waiting to see if they appear makes me nervous.
Has anyone else had this happen with their tickets disappearing from the app?

I have a 5 day from Getaway Today that expires 12/31/2021. Any word? I do have a December reservation at VGC but live in PA and not sure if they will allow non-residents. Plus my 3 friends don't have tickets.

Wondering how they will handle all these old expired tickets and needing to convert to new tickets with the reservation system too.

Hoping that they will be able to put the expired tickets credit on the park card when I visit ToD tomorrow or something.

I have had my parkhoppers purchased from last year disappear numerous times from the app and reappear. I called once when they disappeared from the email link as well. I was told then (after the opening announcement last summer) they are linked to my account and will ‘reappear once the park opens.“
As of today they are gone from the app and from the email link. Which makes me insane a tiny bit. But. I had taken a screen shot of each ticket and it still says they are linked to my account when I try.
So...we are in the same boat if that helps. It’s your turn to row. Or bail. Depending on how we feel about this. lol.

This has happened to me, I haven't called or emailed Disneyland yet especially since I'm not in California and can't use them yet anyway. I was planning to contact them soon though. I hope yours show up again.

Yes, this is exactly our situation also. (Purchased from a different travel co, but same situation- I tried linking the tix again and got the exact same message). If yours do show in the app again, please update us!

Mine are in the app but I can’t find an expiration date. Where can that be found?

I had to go back to the email ticket confirmation and click the link on that to see the expiration date. I can’t see the date in the app.

We have 2 adult non promotional tickets that according to the website will be extended to Jan 2023. We also have 2 kids promo tickets which will now expire Dec 2021. My question is since right now only California residents can go once the park opens again, will they extended the Dec expiration date for non California residents if they don't open to non residents this year?

I understand no one has that answer at this point, but that is something I hope gets answered soon. I don't know if we can swing a trip this year so we would just lose those kids tickets.
