I ran across a great deal and wanted to share with others!! If you are a AAA South member and live in Georgia, Tennnessee or Puerto Rico, they are running a special offer:

7 Day (2 Park Unlimited) Adult (age 10+)

Special Offer for Member residents of Georgia, Tennessee and Puerto Rico.

Available only at AAA branch locations for only $119.95

Valid for 7 consecutive days from first visit to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure. Ticket is valid for both parks in the same day. No blockout dates. Also includes 7 consecutive nights at CityWalk.

Might be worth the AAA membership fee if you are not a member already, plus the 10% discount available for many restaurants and gift shops as well.

I saw that too. I've heard that there will be even cheaper tickets by 3rd quarter. Once the kiddies go back to school, the prices will go down. That's when I'm going to go... Sept. 23-25th... 3 days of US/IOA after our Disney cruise!

Just curious as to why not Alabama also? We're actually closer than Tennessee! hmmmm

Well that figures. I inquired about ticket discounts at AAA a couple weeks ago and Maple Leaf had a MUCH better deal than our local AAA. But our tickets didn't cost a whole lot more than these. C'est la vie.

You may have actually have done just as well. I looked at Maple Leaf tickets and they included tax. Mine did not, so it comes out about the same if you paid $131 each.

Probably true, and here in Tennessee we have 9.5% sales tax.

Anyway, I called AAA East Tennessee today and they didn't have any of the discount multi-day tickets. Note it's different from AAA South mentioned in the OP.

I think it depends on where you are in TN. We live in northeast AL so our nearest AAA office is in Chattanooga. For our most recent trip, we purchased 7 day passes there and they are part of AAA South, even though Chatt is in east TN.
