Ticket dilema - Add no expiry option?

We went to Disney World with a 6 day Magic Your Way Base Ticket. We only used 4 days. 1st day used was Monday, April 24th, so I believe we can still add no exp date option & extra days since we are within the 14 days since first used. I sent a message to WDW today, but not sure how quickly they reply.
Can anyone here answer the following:

1. Can I phone or email Disney to upgrade my tickets? What # would I call?
2. Do I have until Sunday or Monday to do this? (1st used on Mon.April 24)
3. What is the cost to add no exp option?
4. What is the cost to add 4 more days?
5. Would these upgraded tickets have to be used by the same individuals who used the original tickets? (eg. If just my daughter & I went, could we use my husbands ticket too?)
5. Is it worth it? (I'm thinking, why of course it is! But my hubby isn't convinced we should spend the money on this. Although we had a wonderful time, he's not sure if or when we'll return. He wants to do another cruise, ski vacation, etc...)

Any thoughts on this??

You have to do it while you are still at WDW. Yes the tickets would have to be used by the same individual.

Thanks for your reply safetymom. If that's the case, then I guess this is a mute point & I don't have to decide whether or not we should upgrade... Oh, well... We had a wonderful time, and as my hubby points out, we paid for a 4 day pass & the extra 2 days (the ones we didn't use) were free.

The trailing two days aren't worth doing it for anyway, All you really wasted was about $7.50. It is not a good idea to pay $53 to protect $7.50 worth of ticket left.

The only time I ever would do it is if I knew beforehand I had two trips planned and I knew how many days my second trip would be.
