We are going in MArch 25-27th, April 16-23 and poss. Feb 06 (but might be april).

I have found
FITS passes : Adult 310.00/Child 240.00 (inc. Character breakfast)
Annual Passes: Adult 403.64/ Child 342.72
7d PHP: Adult 325/ child 255
Are there 10 PHP?

My boys are 6 and like to do everything, but we are not set on having to go to the water parks (they are poor swimmers) and have not done DQ yet (we were saving that until later).

We like to come and go and have always had UPH.

Thank you for your opinions!!!

I WOULD NOT BUY UPH'S FOR THE FIRST VACATION(3DAYS-MAX).I WOULD LOOK INTO YEAR PASSES FOR THE SECOND HOLIDAY AND MAKE SURE YOU USE IT ON THE THIRD TRIP.OF COURSE IF THE THIRD TRIP IS THE SAME AS THE FIRST THEN I WOULD CHANGE MY MIND AND GET YEAR PASSES FROM THE FIRST TRIP,oops sorry about the caps!!

Even with your first two trips you are in AP territory. If you do that third trip within the year, you really need AP's. Here is a link to AllEarsNet that gives some break even information on PHP and AP's.

Have fun.

I was gonna post the same link as HBC. The breakeven point is about 8 days, and with the possible room discounts I think you'll find the APs to be the most cost effective. Then again, if you can get away with the FITS pass (supposed to be sold only to guests coming from outside of North America), that would save you about $100 per person, and that can buy a lot of room. I still think sticking with the rules and going with the APs will be the better long-term choice (but then I would say that; I'm a Disney stockholder;) ).

I like the AP idea also because of the renewal rate too, which you do have to consider. Thanks for the link Happy Birthday Cat.

I'd wait to see if any better discounts become available to DVC members. I know it's wishful thinking on our part but one of these days we might just luck out!

that's not a very good renewal rate because it starts as soon as you renew your AP even if your're not going back any time soon after you renew.

I would still go with the AP if you will go to the parks just 9 days total from your 3 trips within 365 days.

that's all we use now is AP's and we get about 21 days use on them:teeth: :teeth:

PS: if your not going till March wait till a week before you leave to see if we (DVC) will get a discount. Only problem is if Disney decides to raise the price of AP's instead of giving us a discount.
