Ticket AP question

I cannot believe I cannot find this info, but I have searched and cannot :S ... I am seriously thinking of AP from US.

1st trip/use would be 12/12 +12/13 .. then again 04/04-04/10 (2 days sometime in there).

1) does the AP work like Disney starts 1st day like it will be 12/12/14 -12/12/15 ?
2nd) it doesn't look like any diff between kids and adults is this correct? (**Note DD9 will be 9 1st use, but turn 10 prior to 2nd trip if this changed anything).

3) I see black out for 2014, but I do not see 2015, is there a rumor? if I go ahead with black out date AP, and need to upgrade it due to dates come out and do not work.. can I ?

2. No price difference.
3. Dates will probably be the same as this year. July, Christmas Break, Spring Break, Thanksgiving Break. You can definitely upgrade if there is an issue.

***any idea when black out dates will pop for next yr? I think I am doing the AP, unless I am have bad math it is only 135 for a 2 day or 199$ for a AP.. (215 if my April dates hit dead on) even 135 -215 is still only 80$ more.. seems like I should just do it.

Any reason to wait and buy? any coupons/discounts ever on AP. .. or just jump and do it lady?

If your April visit falls in the 2 weeks around Easter, the power pass probably won't work - that will most likely fall during a black out date. The premier pass is around $295 plus tax. If you end up buying the power pass and then upgrade to the premier pass, Universal will credit you the price paid for the power pass.

I think I mis read the 215 verses the 279... I think I will skip for today and see if my dates hit in April.. go with only a 2 day in Dec if they do and skip US in april, and if the 199$ works out I will just book the AP thanks1

I think you might be looking at the Florida AP prices. The power pass is $214

Yup.. I am thinking maybe not doing it
