I can probably help you, but I'm not sure what's wrong. Can you access the webpage? Can you build a ticker? Are you just having problems putting it here in your signature?

well after u make the ticker it has a box and the box has like number and stuff in it u want to copy that whole box then come back to the DIS an dedit you sig and every thing and then go this

When you get finished setting up and selecting the stuff you want in your ticker, you will see a choice of three setups that can be used. Copy just the first one and then go to your signature area and locate the spot you want and just paste. It took me a couple of tries to figure it out but it is quite easy once you become "experienced".
