... Hmmm I don't know if the person I was speaking to was just making stuff up but I was told all the THV were in Disney's inventory now -- I was under the impression they weren't all accounted for yet?

If the last 30 units have been declared, they haven't shown up on the Orange County website yet.

There was another thread awhile back that indicated something to the effect that non-declared units at new resorts would now be made available to DVC'ers on points. Maybe that is what they are referencing.

OT: It does look like more BLT has been declared in documents dated today. The document images haven't been uploaded yet, so I can't tell what the units are.

I am still new to this DVC thing... where are you seeing the allotments?

You can look up documents recorded with the Orange County Comptroller's office at www.occompt.com

Just do a records search. Under condo type, I look for 'condo related' and 'condo drawings'. Put in a date range, and a grantee (I use 'Disney Vacation' and 'wildcard'). You can then see a list of documents recorded, and view the ones you want to see. It will have all the info of the declared units.

You can also use this site to lookup the recording of your own deed if you wish. (Orange county records only - not HH, VB, or VGC).
