Well today is the day
I am being postive

all the pixie dust is going to work and the MRI is going to show No surgery
at least I hope

but I guess I'll know this afternoon

gotta go spend some time with my Grandfather this AM
Since his stroke Mom and Dad have been with him round the clock
I take a turn when I can to give them a break

hope you all have a Great day :wizard:

:wizard: :wizard: :wizard: I hope the MRI comes back with NO surgery!!!
I also hope you have a good visit with your grandfather.

Just work today for me. Pre-registration was insane yesterday, so we're hoping for a better, calmer, quieter day today!! ;)

Then, tonight, it's off to have dinner with the in-laws and DSIL. Hopefully, after that, my last swap package will be here and I can get them ready to mail!! :thumbsup2

Have a terrific Thursday everyone!!

I could use some Pixie Dust today too. My little sister and brother found my family dog dead yesterday when they went to feed him. They think he had a stroke and got disoriented and landed in the pool. My sisterd only 11 so she is taking it really hard. They've taken him to the vet last night and are having him creamated but I think it will really sink in with her today. He was a great basset hound who had a nice long life at the age of 15 when he passed. I'll miss him terrible.

Other then the sad I'm going to work today and then home to hopefully work on some swaps and Big Brother of course.

positive thoughts!!!!
enjoy your visit w/grandpa!

jennyl, so sorry to hear about your dog. my girlfriend had a bassett and just loved him. so so sorry. have you ever seen the rainbow bridge poem? if not let me know and i will send it off to you. it's really nice poem about the loss of a dog. i usually send it in a card when someone has lost their dog. just remember the good times.

jennyL--I'm so sorry to hear about your dog! Sending :grouphug: & :wizard: to you and your family.

jennyl Sorry to hear about the dog :grouphug: to your whole family

I've not seen the poem so if you wouldn't mind passing it along.

Sorry about the sadness just having a rough evening/morning. He was the last of our family pets to pass away. My cat Angel passed two years ago and then two months ago our other kittie Cuddles passed and now with Mikey its all getting to be a bit much. We each have our own individual pets now but its not like the ones you grew up with.

Kayla, lots of pixie dust on the MRI - we will just wish good stuff in existence!

JennyL, I am so sorry about the dog. I had pets all the time growing up, including two bassets. It is so hard to lose one.

SIOH, have fun at school today - at least no crazies! Well, other than the teachers.

I am heading to the mountains to spend the day playing in the river with DH and the kids.

Have a great day!

JennyL: I'm so sorry about your dog. I know he was much more than just a pet. I remember when my childhood dog passed. She was such a special dog. I have a picture of her in my office, right now. Phooey.

Kaylajr: I hope the MRI is ok. pixiedust:

Everyone else: Stay cool. Keep hoping for some relief!

BTW: Potty training is going pretty well (better not actually say that, huh? She might change her mind...). So far so good! :tiptoe:

I'm so sorry for your loss, I can see why it would upset your little sis so much - he has been with her for her whole life. for you and  for your little sis and family as well.

I had a good visit with the ENT Tuesday - he removed the wick and I can hear again. Still some swelling so I have to keep putting the drops in my ear but not near as much pain and discomfort as before I lost hearing in it.
That proves that prayers and Pixie Dust work!!::yes::
