Thumbs Up for Tiffany

We just got back and we used Tiffany for the first time since their change of ownership. The service was as good as we had always experienced in the past. In fact, our driver on Sunday was supposed to pick us up at 6M but she was already at AKL when we went to get our bags out of storage at 5:40.

Both drivers were friendly and courteous. We were concerned after reading some reports here but our experience was positive.

When did they change ownership?
I have vowed never to use them. I called to book a towncar about 9 months back and the people on the phone were hateful and rude.

What complaints? Just curious.

I am thinking about using them for my upcoming October vacation. Someone had replied to my Thread and said that there were complaints with the BBB http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=810900....I wonder if that was under old ownership?

Hi Jodi,

I had been reading on this transportation board over the last month or two that people had been having bad experiences with Tiffany since they changed owners (apparently some time last year).

We've been using them for about 8 years and they've always been great, so I was a little apprehensive that the change of owners may have led to a slip in quality. We saw the same level of service we have always seen.

When did they change owners? We have been using them the last couple of years and it has always gone wonderfully.
