I was thinking about Feb. 6th...(about 3 weeks out is usually the norm), but I completely understand your situation and Feb. 1 should be fine.
If we all agree, we can officially close the group Feb. 1st. Please let me know.

After the official close date of Feb.1, I would recommend opening up a late group for those families booking their cruise at the last minute and are interested in participating. Once the late group is opened, anyone from the original group may also join the late group list if the choose to. The thinking here is that everyone should be afforded the chance to participate in this great experience if possible. The late group list will close 10 days prior to sailing. Thoughts?
