I have to tell you all my experience. I rented from Thrifty in Tampa offsite. It went wonderfully. Get the Blue Chip card. It's free and gets you to the front of the line. Beware that 4 large suitcases and a bat bag have a hard time fitting in a Full size car. We did it though. 2 days into our trip the window motor blew on the passanger side. 1 call to Thrifty was all it took. All we did was skip over to Caribe Royal and pick up a new one. No waiting no hassle. To drop the car off in Tampa was even easier. They moved onsite at Tampa airport during the week. Just want you to all to know we had great service and not really a major problem!!
