Thread on what to do when not doing parks?

We had a nice long thread here on stuff to do at Disney besides the parks (for instance, petting zoo, movies at Ft Wilderness, Hidden Mickey hunting, etc. I've tried searching but can't find it..anyone keep it in their favorite places?

I like to go resort hopping to try out new restaurants or scope out accomodations for future visits. I also enjoy the boat ride to/from MK and Wilderness Lodge.

I definatly like to ride the Monorail and resort hop.
The outlets are always a draw for us.
Sometimes we drive around and look at homes for sale, hey you never know!

We didn't stay there, but my family loved the camp grounds. We took a break from nights at the parks and one evening we rode the ponies, ate at Trails End and then did the campfire/sing-along/movie. Then, on our way back to MK on the boat (we needed to ride a bus back to CSR) we watched the water parade. We plan on doing this again. Also, the front desk printed out the movies that where playing so that I could choose a night/movie my kids would enjoy

My kids love DTD they would go there before the parks I think.... Well maybe not before MGM withthe power rangers.

Mary from mousesavers.com has a list of things to do, and one of them mentions this:

Several of the resorts, including Animal Kingdom Lodge, Wilderness Lodge, Grand Floridian, and Yacht Club, offer free tours that are open to any Disney resort guest (whether you are staying at that particular hotel or not). Some of the tours require a reservation, so inquire in advance.

Does anyone know where I would find a list of these tours? Thanks
