Thoughts on this 4 bedroom home in Windsor Hills?

Anyone stay here or hear anything about this 4 bedroom home in Windsor Hills recently? http://www.vrbo.com/122340, the Ruellan Family home. It's exactly what I want but I cannot find anything recent on stays there. The pricing on the site is even from 2009. That's bad right?

We are looking for a 4 bedroom pool home in Windsor Hills for the second week in December. We stayed in a townhome last time (the Robinson properties) and it was FABULOUS, but this time we wanted to try a home. It's a tough search and I like firsthand recent experiences to help me decide.

Honestly, not updating the pricing to 2010 rates would be a red flag for me. Many of the homes I've been searching already have 2011 rates listed.

You may want to contact the owner and see if your timeframe is available and request the address. Once you have the owner's name and address, I would suggest going online to see if they are up to date with their property taxes. Please look at the following thread to learn how to do this:

I believe that VRBO and Homeaway both offer insurance in the case of the house you rent going into foreclosure. There are a very high number of foreclosures in the Orlando/Kissimmee area right now so I would be taking all precautions necessary if doing a private rental.

The other option is to go through a management company. The following companies have properties in Windsor Hills and have gotten good reviews on this board:

We used vacationcentralflorida.com. You will not be disappointed. The only stipulation is they do sat-sat ONLY rentals. If you want more or less you have to take the full week.

The townhome was exactly as shown on the website and the whole process was a breeze.
