Any thoughts on the breakfast at Crystal Palace? It's only Dh & I so the fact that it is a character breakfast is not really the issue. Is there anything different I have to try & is it worth the cost? Didn't know if we should try it (which would include making an ADR) or have bfast somewhere else. Any other suggestions would be great too!

It is just DH and I (and has been the last three visits). We always do the Character Breakfast at the Crystal Palace. Not ONLY because I love Pooh and friends, but because we both LOVE the puffed french toast, omelets made to order, etc. It is very good and one of the highlights of our trip every visit.

Our family really liked breakfast at CP. We had a late breakfast ADR (10:20) on a day with morning EMH and it was the perfect break in the morning. The food was very good and the CMs were great. We weren't rushed at all but the meal was not a long one (45 minutes tops).

Crystal Palace = two words= Breakfast Lasagna. Need I say more.
Overall, crystal palace is the best place to have breakfast for my family, it has the most choices of all the breakfasts we have been to, plus they have this really great stuff maybe you've heard of it, Breakfast Lasagna. They have a cold bar with fruit, boiled eggs, cheeses, smoked salmon, cold cereal, muffins, bagels, doughnuts, juice, and a hot breakfast bar with every single breakfast food imaginable, plus, you guessed it......Breakfast Lasagna!!

Great!!!!!, the best thing about the cp is having a great breakfast and then stepping out on main street into the atmosphere of a disney morning!!!

We love going for a first seating and walking down an almost empty Main Street!

Puffed French Toast, it is a must have. DH would say the omelet station.

Love it!!!! It is a must do for us. It is the best breakfast at disney in our opinion.

We liked the CP for breakfast, and plan to go there again for our next trip. :)

DH and I LOVED CP on our first trip to WDW a few weeks ago. We are already planning a February 09 trip and CP is for sure on the breakfast list!

We love breakfast at CP....and of course everyone loves Pooh and Tigger! It is a lively and fun place to have a good meal.

Is it that much better than their dinner? Because we would be willing to try breakfast, but their dinner was not very good in our opinion.

Thanks for all the help! Breakfast lasagna & puffed french toast sound so good. Made my ADR last night. I wanted first thing in the morning to experience the quiet main street morning, but we are doing a split stay, & that is the morning we check into our new hotel so didn't want to make a hassle of things with bags or time. Besides, by 10am I'll be plenty hungry!!

I'll be the voice of dissent. We didn't like it very much, and we won't be going back when we return in September. I'm thinking of making an early ADR there, though, just to walk up Main Street to be first in line at the bakery ...

I want to roll in the breakfast lasagna and lick myself clean. It's that good!! It's our favorite way to start our trip, and I just booked us for 8:10 a.m. in March.

Also, we're usually not hungry for lunch at all, so it's like double the deal.

DH & I always go to CP for breakfast if we have a long stay at WDW. This time though was just 3 days so we didn't make it there. I love the food and the character interaction is a blast!! Our last ressies were at 9:50am & it was a perfect time.

We love that Crystal Palace has so much fresh fruit, plus the option of made to order eggs, in addition to the usual breakfast buffet fare. No, you can't get Mickey Head Waffles there, but you can get waffles and much more!

It's just DW and I, and we make a point of getting an early ADR at CP every trip.
