Thoughts on ADRs to make this week

I think we can make our reservations on Thursday morning, and this is what we're thinking for our 4 days at WDW. I'd love some opinions...

Oct 23: Arrival day. Dinner CS at DTD (Earl of Sandwich of WPE...whichever we feel like).
Oct 24: MK day. Trying for lunch at CRT. Break at BLT. Return late afternoon. CS dinner (not sure where).
Oct 25: EP day. Trying for lunch at either Le Cellier or Chefs de France. Break at BLT. CS dinner @ Sunshine Seasons.
Oct 26: MK day. CS lunch (not sure where). Trying for dinner at CG (not too late since up early tomorrow for EMH @ HS).
Oct 27: HS day. CS lunch at either Fairfax Fare or Starring Rolls. Trying for dinner at Ohana. What time would let us see Wishes from the beach?

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. This is our first trip for the kids (ages 8 and 5) our ours since the early 90's when there was no DDP.

Maybe you could have dinner on your MK day at Columbia Harbor House OR maybe you could switch and have CRT for dinner and have lunch at Be Our Guest(CS for lunch)

I am not sure about the time of wished but arent they at like 9 or 930? so maybe 8 or 830 dinner?

Hello

I will be making my reserv Wed for our Oct trip! So excited.

Wishes is sched for 9 pm on Oct 27. I haven't been to Ohana but understand there is often long waits for a table so I might make ADR for 7 or 7:30. If there is extra time visit the gift shops or take a spin around the monorail.

also don't forget Food and Wine festival is at Epcot. I would probably do a TS lunch (to get out of the heat) and then eat around the festival booths for dinner.
