Those who bought in June/July Disney Rewards ??

We bought in early June and were supposed to get the $500 disney visa rewards and haven't received them yet. Has anyone who bought around this time received their rewards yet?

I also bought in early June, and as of my last statement, which closed Oct. 10th, I still hadn't received them. I contacted my guide earlier this week, and he needed me to provide him with my name as it appears on my credit card statement so that he could have someone pursue it. He still expected it to take another couple of statements before I see it, but wanted me to let him know with each statement whether it was on there or not.

We were there in August, but didn't close until September around the 10th I believe. And we just got our GC on Monday.

We bought (and closed) in May. The e-mail came from Chase in June, and I called my guide to INSIST that we get those reward dollars. He researched it, said we would qualify, it would take a couple of billing cycles. It took FOUR (July, August, September, October). My statement closed last night and our dollars were there this morning.

I called our guide last month because I was sure they would be there when the September statement closed. He was able to look into it and he said one more billing cycle, which was accurate.

We closed and bought in July. My guide called mid september because he needed my rewards code. I gave it to him again (had already done so when I purchased) and he said 2 more billing cycles. I am hoping they will be here by Christmas.
