those people .. that you don't want to encounter

okay, i'm not sure if you've encountered those people that enjoy jumping in front you (at school, or even in the streets) and say like 'gah!!' or scream or something just to see you jump back and give them a disgusted look. and they just shriek with laughter. i hate these people and they jump in front of me EVERY SINGLE FREAKING DAY. i swear. they do.
and THEN there are those people who will just be walking and start screaming for no reason. i don't know. they just scream to hurt people's ears. the people at my school do this just to piss the teachers off...

anyone encounter them? if you haven't pray to the good lord that you don't.

It happens to me so much I just stopped jumping. I'll just stand there like a statue, and look at them with this, "haha, couldn't get me to jump" look on my face.

Yes, I have. Then when I yelled at the guy, he called me a stuck up white girl. God people are ignorant. How would he like if I did it to him? He wouldn't, and he'd be yelling at me..
