Those of you waiting to book for summer 2005, which sailing are you planning to book?

Which week are you planning to book?

If I book this cruise for son and I, I want to book the last date in August.

I hope we'll be able to get pretty good airfare and hotel rates by going late in the summer.

I figure we'll fly out 3 days before the cruise. That way we can visit Disneyland, DCA and maybe Sea World or US.

Do CA schools start before or after Labor Day?

We have requested a quote for May 28 or June 4/11/18. I teach at a year-round school and school will be starting again in July. You will find that there isn't a set time that school starts; each district has its own calendar and there are a number of year-round districts as well.

I told our TA that my first choice was July 16th. Second choice is the week after (7/23) and third choice is the week before (7/9).

I'm very excited. We've never been out west at all. We had thrown around the idea of going to DL for the first time to celebrate it's 50th before there was any talk of the Magic moving West. Now this will make for a fantastic bonus.

Early JUNE (4/11/18), or perhaps one of the repositioning cruises! After all, how many chances do you get to travel through the Panama canal on the MAGIC?
We live SO close to the proposed port in L.B....(less than 2hrs), and are estactic it is COMING here! We have been on both 7-eve Western/Eastern cruises...before/after our long vacations in Florida & WDW. The news of the SHIP coming here has made our YEAR! We have PAP's to each park (DL/DCA & WDW), so we will take full advantage of the CRUISES out of So. Cali (hoping it becomes a permanent thing). We were just at DL/DCA last weekend, with temps in the 100+ range (103 Sunday~!). ToT was awesome...rode it 5 times (no lines). This news has changed our attitude!!
