I found the article to be one of the most concise and intelligent I've read during the latest Eisner .vs. Disney war. If you get a chance to look it over while browsing in line at the store--please do so. My 16yo DS is taking it to his consumer ed class so they can talk about it.
I'm one of those that agree Disney isn't about making just money for the bottom line. Money and profits will come once they get back to doing what Walt had in mind. Diversification KILLED companies in the 80's. Remember when Xerox was in the Financial arena?? I guess Eisner didn't get the message and I hope it's not too late to get back to the core business purpose.
