Re-Listening to the Diamond Celebration Recap and have this to add about the scrim in WOC. I saw the 9pm WOC last night (Monday) and the scrim covering Mickey's Fun Wheel went up at about 8:20pm.

Also, in Paint the Night Goofy, Donald, and Minnie did not have their wands in the 11pm parade last night.

Kelly & I were there last night & saw Paint the Night, Disneyland Forever, and Fantasmic (it was fun). Goofy had his paintbrush and changed Kelly's paintbrush, and Minnie had put hers down when she came to us, and Donald didn't have one. When we had seen it previously, Donald was changing the paintbrushes of other guests.

Very cool, I wonder if they are having some technical issues with the wands working all the time. I am seeing the parade and fireworks again tonight and am planning on picking up a paintbrush before the show.
