What a great looking tree!
Great Job!
We'll be getting one of the VWL trees. can't wait I think I'm more excited then the kids, but then again they don't know about the tree(teehee)

The BCV tree is definetely not as color coordinated as the BWV tree pictured. The tree is 3 feet tall and has clear lights. I included silver garland and multi-colored round ornaments. Also included were some scall red felt mittens highlighted in white. I also included some glitter paint so each family could write their name on a mitten before they hang it on the tree. There are about a dozen and a half of these mittens, so I thought we could maybe start a tradition over the next couple of years. Hopefully we can get some Disney ornaments added in the future, as well. This is our first stay at the BCV as most of our points are at the BWV. Hopefully I can see that beautiful blue and white tree in a future Xmas trip to the BWV.

Thanks for the compliments everyone. I joke about have a "color wheel" in my head. It's just the way my mind works. I took the tour that goes backstage to the decorations area and would love to work there and plan/execute trees and other decorations. Either that or do scrapbooks for weddings.

Ceejay gave me an idea. I think I can bring a pen that could write on the blue ornies. they are small, but I could get a name on there. The tree has already been shipped, but I can bring the pen down with me and write the three families names on them (four actually, as two families are in our party).

Also since the tree will be going to SSR and AKL as well as BWV, I will write some resort names on.

Ceejay13, the tree sounds beautiful! I can't wait to see it! Thank you again for making our trip extra magical!

Hi We arrived at OKW and were excited to set up the tree that we used for passing last year. Pulled everything out, and DH started the outside balcony lights. My son and I started the tree. OH NO!! The tree stand was no where to be found. We were out of luck and didn't think rigging something up would work to pass on. So, out to the store we go. The new OKW passing tree is very tradition. It is a prelit 6 ft ( more like 5) tall tree!! I bought a box of ornaments and candy canes. The topper is our Santa Mickey animated one from home. Sorry we take the topper back for tree at home! It is placed between couch and cornor chair. Plenty of room and I even raised it abit to give More height. Put on top of a suticase and used a while sparkle tree skirt. I will alSO put in the box the gold garland. It looks lovely and makes the villa even more special. It will only take 10-15 minutes to set up. I hope everyone enjoys this tree. It is bigger but all I could manage at the last minute. I will try to get pictures but might have to wait to post when I get home. Merry Christmas everyone! Wait till bell servies gets a look at this one!

Tree number one has been shipped. it is 36 inches tall. Fiber optic tree. It is a traditional tree with ornaments that look much like the vintage balls at The Boardwalk itself.
It has a gold star on the top. And is set in a stand that looks like a Gold Filigree gift box.

There are a few surprises for each family in the box with the tree itself.
I am not going to say what those are, because I would like each family to be surprised. I hope The Cox family gets the tree after shipping in tip top shape. :wave2:

Merry Christmas to all the tree recipients this year. Niagra..... sorry you had to replace the tree.
