Girls only destress trip!!! Michele was booked a while ago for this trip and I tagged on about in November!!! DH I figured out how this would work and I want to thank him for making it possible
After a CRAZY busy day (Michael wrestling match then setting up and doing Aidan's match) I was finally on my way to the Airport. There was no traffic but Dad and I were chatting and we missed the turn off to the Airport. Since I did not want to leave my people high and dry for the wrestling match we left at the last possible moment to be there 2 hours before my flight. I only had a carry on, had my boarding pass printed already and since it was night time I did not think I would have a problem getting to my plane on time. My Dad on the other hand goes to the airport hours before he is due to leave ...I do not know why but he was panicking. We went down the road a little and turned around it was not a big deal. <WHEW>
We get to Southwest and I get out say goodbye. They are redoing the Philly Airport and security is different then when I went through in July. Nice and new but different. I think I got in the wrong line(I think I was in the expert traveler line) LMAO but it was ok there really was not many people there. I go in EVERYTHING is torn up and different....what is done looks very nice though. I find my number and sit down to find out I am delayed 20 min.
I sit down and made a nice Airport friend. A girl going back to college after Christmas break. We talked the whole time and it made the time pass quickly. She showed me different ways I can text on my phone very cool.
There was only 50 or so people on our flight and we decided since I was boarding before her I would take an Isle seat and hopefully no one would sit with me. That way she could and we would no be stuck sitting with people we did not want to LOL. As it turned out there was so few people only people who wanted to sit together did.
The flight was uneventful and we landed in Orlando early. YEA made up some time. I texted my DH and my friends that I had landed. My friends picked me up from the Airport and we were on our way to All Star Sports with no movie!!<G> They told me of their adventures from earlier. Including a DVC presentation which landed us the VIP fast passes. WOOHOOO Nanci actually *IS going to buy but she wants her home resort to be The Contemporary.Michele only asked to do it because the week before she fell down the steps and her ummm rear was very sore and she did not want to walk from EP to DHS LMAO They told them they would drop them off after the presentation.
We got to the resort and we were STARVING. We headed for the Food Court and they got burgers and I got some Chili Cheese Fries. We had a Toast and hit the sack. Tomorrow MK
