Stats-
I am a mother of three, and currently a full time Nursing student. To say I am stressed, and busy would be an understatment. I hope this journal will keep my accountable. (I will also add more about "me" as I go.)

Worked on eating healthy.
Dusted the dreadmill off, and actually used it!

Goals to work on-:cheer2:
Spending more time on the treadmill
 
Ok today was good. Worked on eating healthy.....and doubled what I did on the treadmill yesterday. Ok it still was not a great distance.....but making baby steps.
Goals-:cheer2:
Work up my nerve to step on the scale and get a "starting weight" not sure I want to see that....
Also need to start a food jurnal.
 
Baby steps are good, especially when you have such a busy life. I remember what is was like to be a student while juggling everything else in life (I got both my Masters and Doctorate in Psych. as an adult). It's all about doing a little something healthy every day and building on it. :thumbsup2

Well so have been working on the snacking.
On a plus note have used the treadmill everyday.....still working up the nerve to getting my starting weight...:rolleyes1
